“Siam Winery Fights COVID-19” Initiative
Siam Winery Group, Asia's leading producer of premium wines and lifestyle beverages, extended urgent relief to support healthcare professionals, frontline workers, public agencies, and vulnerable communities during the COVID-19 pandemic across 4 major relief projects:
1. Food & Drinking Water Distribution:
Distributed 7,300 meal boxes (valued at THB 219,000) and 3,700 bottles of drinking water over 25 days across affected communities in Bangkok and surrounding areas, including Khlong Toei, Wat Makok, Si Mum Mueang Market, Phra Samut Chedi community, and the Muslim Women's Orphanage Foundation.
2. Sanitizing Alcohol Gel Donation (8,000 Bottles):
Provided sanitizing alcohol gel to 5 hospitals (Ramathibodi, Thammasat University, Samut Sakhon, Ban Phaeo, and Hua Hin Hospitals), Wat Phrabatnampu, police stations, district offices (Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Don Mueang), checkpoints, and emergency response foundations including Ruamkatanyu and Ejan.
3. Muslin Cloth Face Masks & Screening Tools (15,000 Pieces):
Donated washable muslin cloth masks (valued at THB 219,000) alongside forehead thermometers and sanitizers to over 20 remote and border schools and child development centers across Chiang Mai, Tak (Phop Phra, Umphang districts), and Mae Hong Son provinces.
4. "Pantry of Sharing" (Too Pun Suk) Support:
Supplied essential food items—including rice, dry goods, instant noodles, milk, and canned fish—to local government agencies and police stations (Immigration Division 2, Thong Lor, Makkasan, Don Mueang, and Bang Phongphang Police Stations) to replenish local community pantries for families in need.
