Green Forest Project.
The company is committed to conducting its business in parallel with environmental and social responsibility. Under the “Green Forest Project,” we have initiated efforts to expand green spaces through forest planting. This initiative aims to restore ecological balance, mitigate the impacts of climate change, and pass on a healthier environment to future generations. The project covers tree planting and the cultivation of native plant species across the country, including within and around factory areas. It focuses on ecosystem restoration, enhancing biodiversity, and creating sustainable carbon sinks. In addition, it helps reduce local temperatures and improve air quality in surrounding areas.Beyond environmental benefits, the “Green Forest Project” also encourages participation from employees and local communities through tree-planting activities and environmental education. These efforts help instill environmental awareness and foster a corporate culture centered on sustainability. Siam Winery firmly believes that business growth should go hand in hand with caring for the planet. The “Green Forest Project” represents a key step toward creating a lasting “Green Legacy” that will grow sustainably alongside the organization and society. To date, the project has been implemented across 50 rai, with a total of 5,500 trees planted in Hua Hin (Prachuap Khiri Khan Province) and Mae On (Chiang Mai Province). In the future, there are plans to expand planting areas in Prachuap Khiri Khan and Samut Sakhon (the factory location).
