Crafted using the traditional Italian Appassimento method, where grapes are partially dried before fermentation to enhance concentration and complexity. Made from Rondo grapes successfully cultivated at Monsoon Valley Vineyard in Hua Hin, this wine offers aromas of ripe berries and delicate spices, with soft tannins and a smooth, beautifully layered palate.
